JSS is the madams company, thats where are her power comes from (how? slowly they will reveal it). the guy is subordinate to the madam. basically, where one works for the madam and they do what she tells them to do. and currently one of the things she is working on is making sure her husband becomes the president so whatever they do for her husband is cause she has ordered that. if her husband gives them an order that counters madams words, they would not do it. thats the conversation the guy and the husband had in the car. the husband was telling him that 'we have known each other for so long and you might even be my friend but you are still the madam's guy and that will always be your priority. but couldn't you have told me that Anna is back in korea, i think i have earned at least this much from you'. so the car was with the police but JSS/madam have informants everywhere. he gave the chip to the JSS guy who gave it to madam. the chip was picked up by madams guy.

I think JSS is the family company and she under the table runs it while her brother runs another part of the business since I think it's a corporation and they handle different areas of businesses like she may be in charge of security/information.

Like I think I still see love and disgust when she looks at him. Also as a dad I don't understand the dad like how u not see ur daughter or try to after the mom died. It can't be that madam was holding her hostage and he has no power I just don't really believe that.
