2024-12-12 23:19:09 +0000 UTCAlso, if you can't keep food down get you some bone broth and have that for the next few days &/or just have your wife get you some electrolyte powder packets and water fast with those. This will hypothetically(I don't know your specific situation) help to get this flu/bug(?) out of your system quickly. You not keeping the food down, may be your body's way of telling you it wants to fast/have only liquids(with electrolytes) for the time being.
