They hate them so much I remember one anime where they replaced the roach with a slice of cake! 🤣

2024-12-03 09:47:26 +0000 UTCThe reason Shizuku winced in pain there at the end was b/c they had their memories scanned at the end, and she passed the trials, so she had the ancient magic engraved/downloaded into her mind which is painful. remember back in season 1 when Hajime and Yue cleared the abyss when they had the same thing happen, Hajime nearly collapsed b/c of the pain. Even in S2 when the teacher passed the trails at the mountain same thing happened to her. the only reason everyone else didn't show it this time around is b/c they are used to it now.

2024-12-03 00:57:24 +0000 UTCJust to provide some clarification because the subs worded it weirdly, when Hajime calls the roaches apostle of gods, he meant that they were supposed to represent the apostles like Noint(Kaori’s new body) and that’s also why Yue called them a bunch of Kaori’s.
