Aira came back out of the domain a floor higher because of where she ‘was’ when it ended, in skivvies and alone. She was on the run a couple moments before they noticed anything, and just happened to link back up. . BTW, Mantis’ power-up song was also straight-up an ad song from the 90s or so, for a health drink.
