36:07. I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned it after watching this episode... Still, this case...is based on a real story of a woman whose boyfriend sold their private videos to a company. She got kicked out of school and lost a bunch of scholarships and found out the company that did it, and they basically deleted it but kept a backup and hacked all of her private info...and then continued to release it over the dark web...and it was a pretty huge deal. They make an arc reference to the case in Taxi Driver S1 too.

2024-11-20 23:12:04 +0000 UTCIn all honesty 'Weightlifting Fairy..' is popular still today because it's become a Comfort drama for so many they rewatch it. It is light hearted though but has great laughs. Hence why I hope Lee and the crew watch it eventually, but I'm not mad if they prioritise other dramas that have more substance etc. I just hope they eventually watch, even if it takes months or years as its deffo more of a light watch :)

2024-11-20 19:07:05 +0000 UTC1:15 ive been saying this show from forever!!! i know im on and off sub to the patreon but i do feel we have similar taste idk why people recommend weightlifting its honestly just nostalgia more twinkling watermelon story wise but like elementary imo, i guess easiest way to say is they are in college but their problems feel high school. anyways just depends what people want at the end of the day and that show seems to eventually win everyones polls. still excited for mr plankton haven’t started it either 🙂↕️ also heard someone mention legend of the blue sea and i will also be apart of that campaign lee should no longer be sleeping on MOTHER of rom coms jun ji-hyun!!!!

She's very subtle about it but it comes through so well. I think it's in her eyes. She makes me want to declare my total unwavering allegiance to her cause. 😍😂

Ultimately I think some people vote based off what they enjoy and less on what they think you 3 will actually like. I'm going to put it here again that I think you would enjoy 'Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo'. It's more light hearted but you'll definitely enjoy it for the laughs. 'Welcome to Waikiki' is a different genre more focused on comedy and actually is hilarious. I'm just commenting here for evidence that I did try 🤭 as who knows when the patreons will finally vote for those 😆
