The ded big guy at the prison was the same one that oversaw Caitlyn freeing Vi in S1, and Jinx "bringing in" Sevika in E4. . Also, Sallo was still bedridden after the timeskip; this is within the /same/ timeframe as Jinx saving people from the prison and getting Vi's help. Jayce had been away since 'minutes' before Jinx color-bombed Piltover.

Condition we all suffer...death" hits so hard, and is so in character for Singed...and while for every other mad scientist out there it would be impossible...this crazy son of a bitch might be able to pull something like that off...after all at the end of Season 1 Act 1 Vander was turbo dead, and look at him go now...
