There are SOME shows where the opening might change a bit mid-season but not many. I think it's because you end up noticing different things as they become relevant during the previous episodes.

2024-11-27 13:36:48 +0000 UTC25:30 When it comes to the god's obsession with Ais and Bell we must never forget that in earlier seasons they mentioned that the first children of the gods were the Spirits and they were the most loved by the gods producing a long line of heroes. Bell and Ais are the last remaining spirit/god direct progeny that we know of; Bell is the grandson of Zeus and Ais is the daughter of Sylph the wind spirit. That's presumably why everyone wants Bell but its really never fully confirmed and just hinted at by Hermes, the only person who knows Bell's true identity.

Then she gets the Minotaur for him to overcome his fear of it. She gave the grimoire to Bell for him to get Fireball. She gave the pendant for him during fight the War Game with Apollo. She comfort Bell as Syr when he was feeling down after the whole city hated Bell for protecting Wiene in S3. So this was her extreme way to make Bell hers.
