Thx. 2 reasons. In certain scenes speaking up with AdorkableNerd will lead her explaining in depth why she remembers otherwise and I will miss what the show is saying unless i pause. Viewers repeatedly told us to listen to her lol. So we hardly argue unless its an end discussion.

TOG is a series where nearly every bit of dialogue is important cause it alludes to something else. Them cutting stuff out from the webtoon makes the remaining dialogue even more important.

The higher ups of FUG are too ancient & busted (they are titled Elders for a reason after all) to have any real means of disguising like that, given the sheer passive aura their power scaling would give to begin with. Hell plenty of the higher ups don't actually even give a fuck about hiding necessarily, because they can assblast anyone but like top 1% of Rankers, and below a certain power level, these higher ups can essentially annihilate an infinite amount of them regardless of what they try (because of how powerscaling in these types of settings work, as exponentially, so someone 2 or more tiers below the person would need more than infinite numbers to have even a slight chance of winning, if even that)

The only reason they didn't fail despite Baam "dying", was because of the stipulation he made with the Administrator of Floor 2, that if he dies during the Test, then everyone else passes automatically. As a Direct Descendant of a Family Head, Ran is about on-par w/ Anaak, who is essentially 50% Princess because of her blood. Ditto for AA too

2024-10-14 10:10:49 +0000 UTCRegarding FUG, my understanding is that Jahaad rules the tower on his whims. He's also done heinous things to the residents of the tower. Those who don't fall in line with his will are often disposed of. Jahaad has completely destroyed entire great families of the tower before. FUG is a collection of people who have absolutely had their lives ruined by Jahaad and the system he's built. They have nothing, are forced to live in the shadows for fear of being hunted or killed - and they are *actual* criminals who are often supposed to be killed on sight. This is why so many FUG members have unassuming names, faces and lives. Some act as agents to the outside world to gather recon and look for the one who they believe will complete their goal - the death of Jahaad. And that person, they believe, is Baam. After decades (perhaps centuries, as time flows differently in the tower) and all of that resentment - it's not surprising to me that FUG has turned to an "any means necessary" mindset. But, I still have to think that it's due to Jahaad's iron fist and tyrannical tactics.
