I’m getting a lot of messages about people concerned for our safety.
I appreciate those who think of me as a person lol. May seem obvious, in my head i tell myself that i am a “product”. Lol. (this may sound terrible to you, emotionally for me this helps reduce a lot of of my frustration in the comment section, and removes pride, ego “oh they dont like the product so they are upset. Cuz i the individual am seperate from “the product” or “brand” and i cant take anything i am reading personal, unless the comment is actually persopersonal)
So anyways it felt pretty nice to hear folks checking in.
But we are all safe. This happens every year. We Will either die or na lol.
For over 30 years. Im faced with this scenario. So i am personally numb to it.
You see the channel. I personally just dont care lol. The Adorkable and Director dont care. Lol.
Nobody has any emotion. Haha
My wife on the other hand is freaking out and she is the crier lol. But shes gone at her nursing facility until further notice.
*update, right before finishing this i read Director’s power went out.

I'm actually glad you're numb to it now because otherwise you'd be feeling scared and that's not a nice feeling. Glad you stacked up on supplies and have everything you need too. But it reached us as a level 3. They used it’s peak power and hyped it up. Next year they will use another statistic and tell us how this is the ________ hurricane in history. Every year or 2. Now believe me. Its a dangerous storm but the tone isnt new. Every year there that ONE storm. Thats super hyped and 1/7 times your area hardly feels effects. I say 1/7 based on how long i lived here and how often the damage was actually catastrophic where i resided I remember my mother once called me scared because the news only showed the one part of my city that was flooded meanwhile that didn’t represent even 10% of what the city looked like but that’s all they showed on the news So anyways its bad. I live in NC but I’m a Florida native, and my hometown is Palm Bay/Melbourne—as of right now it’s in the path of the eye so I’ve got my family on storm watch every hour on the hour lol super nervous but the toxic Florida in me’s also in the back saying “we can handle it 💪🏽😎” lol ugh.

I live up around the top area of Tennessee so I am good unless we get tornadoes clapping our cheeks (pause). I love Florida (besides Miami fck that place) so I would love to stay down there for a while like I have in the past but the hurricanes are an annoyance I don't like dealing with. An update whenever possible after everything is done with would be good.
