So I think it could be maybe another relative to her family line. That being said, the burns may just be from being frozen, so I can't rule it out entirely.

"Romanee Conti" Petelgeuse used that name too, but is just a cult last name for them or is she really related to Petelgeuse. It's easy to understand why the witch cult is attacking, as all the Queen candidates are in this Water Gate City and not in the capital, so this might be their best chance to just kill them all, dunno witch cult in this show has always been wild and crazy :D
