I went ahead to the finals as only 3 shows broke pass 400.
I read people mention 2 of the shows have romance (technically Happiness did too?) i imagine if enough adults are together...someone is gonna like someone and its a natural part of life.
So ideally the shows on this list don't have romance as THE MAIN THEME like Whats wrong with Secretary Kim or Lovely Runner.
Worst Of Evil definitely had romance yet I don't think that that was the focus...its was a suspence and thriller...Even though the mission and situation between The Couple/Couples was MASSIVE to the story...
Now we don't have to agree on whats romance or not or if Worst of Evil is a romance show...But we can use it as case to refer to (shout out while you were sleeping)

Now Watch This....These 2 are HIGHLY debatable...lol...I barely see it as A Romance show while having a main couple...and i suspect heavy oppostion and i couldnt argue...lol...but maybe we can see why some shows cut it close
Attorney woo - focuses mostly on cases and Woo adjusting with friends and people and includes potential murder
THe Glory we gettin revenge but these dudes wanna be with her
Flower Of Evil we are solving a case and the leads are married lol..
