They don't really explain it in the Anime but its not a spoiler: Siglis is just worried about Rose breaking Usato because no healer has passed her training yet and he'd rather a promising and bright kid like that receive a properly regimented orthodox education that opens up his future like the heroes are receiving. Sig's just worried for the kid since Rose is incomprehensible to him.

Senpai is quirky and the otaku while the serious hero is actually a good dude whos been pretty down to earth. Usato is also not edgy af and actually wants to help. So many shows they depict the mc as some dude who gets screwed over by the hero party and finds revenge. But here we actually have a squad of isekai kids who want to work together, whether its find a way to get home or just have each other's backs since they are the only ones from their world here. We need more of these shows where they work together instead of some edgelord mc finding revenge after being fucked over
