After watching this drama so many times… only now I observed this - When he is discussing with his friend about how to propose and the friend recommended him to do simple proposal… from the first proposal to the last proposal the tone of his asking to marry him has seen a reduction in his condescending tone. At first he said he will allow her to marry him and at the last proposal he said he wants to be Mi So’s husband(he is asking her to marry him).

With most dramas, you have a hard time picking 3 minor characters that you really like. Finding 3 would be exceptional. I expect lots of people could pick 5 in this show. All while having extremely likeable leads. Credit to the writers and the cast who executed it.
