I haven't watched hometown Cha Cha Cha mainly because I'm not a fan of the main actor so that's on me Weightlifting fairy is a cute story I definitely chose W two worlds ...but now got to wonder...it has the same main actor as in while you were sleeping and watching two dramas at the same time with the same male lead might not be best ... just my opinion

Personally, I think you should watch Love Next Door with your wife since she wants to give it a go. There's a lot of hype around it now, but I know many people (including myself) who dropped the show after a few episodes. I believe there are 8 episodes left to air, and there's a chance it could go downhill, and the hype might die down quickly. Perhaps, include it in a poll after it has ended to see if there's still interest? Even if it manages to win a poll and you've already seen it by then, it could still be fun for fans to watch you, Adorkable, and Director react to it together — even if it’s your second time.

If you end up watching Love Next Door in your free time, let me know if it's any good lol. I'm hesitant about starting a show that's still airing especially in the super early stages. What if i get 4 episodes in and love it but the remaining 12 are trash. Now Lee is gonna think, never listen to her suggestions ever again, she set me up for failure. Man I didn't know! loool thats my logic on avoiding airing shows. Honestly props to ya'll reactors because airing shows have the best demand and you basically need the ability to see the future when choosing which ones to cover.

The people requesting "less popular" things are also paying customers. They are part of the community and exist as well. Also many of the less popular things I've seen on here are getting over 200+ votes on polls where atleast 1000 people are voting. 200 people paying $10 a month is $2000. That is a significant chunk of money they contribute and I don't think it's outlandish for us to request that they also get what they are paying for. Now it doesn't bother me because if you're reacting to things I don't want to see I just unsub for a few months until I see something better, but it's just a suggestion since you were talking about how you are in limbo on certain shows because some people wan you to react to stuff. My comment is a better option to fix that while still catering to the people you believe are a minority and still paying for your services.

To be honest, I don't mind going to a drama with the same actor. I'm voting trying to think about plots that are different and they may like. I loooove these three kdramas, but I think W two worlds is the one with the more different plot.

Honestly I have only watched Hometown Cha Cha Cha and I'd love to watch any of the three with you guys. And about the Love Next Door,, I think it's safer for you to upload it on Youtube about 2-3 months after the show is over. It seems like TvN catches people who react to the show during its airing but doesn't care much when some time passes 😆

That may be true, but when your preferred show loses out it becomes a vote for the best of what's left. WLF has hardcore fans, but fewer second preference picks. I also think you watching WYWS/Happiness has brought W to the front of their minds for Lee Jong-Suk and Han Hyo-Joo fans. I think I recommended W:TW and I Can Hear Your Voice as one of my first comments when I joined, so I'm happy.

I think yall should look at suggestions, then watch trailers or read synopsis and watch it based on if you like the sound of it. I'm not sure if yall are already doing that but maybe if you do it like this you could watch what you want first. This might also give more room for slightly less popular stuff to be reacted to. For example Mouse never wins these polls but it was an extremely popular thriller show in korea and overseas. There's some romances like that as well that i've seen pop up on the polls

I know that you all want to respect your patreons but I don't think it would be the last time when it happens, it's about the public that you have here too, for example, I can tell you for sure that in terms of popularity in general, these 2 kdramas here weren't the most popular in that poll. I don't think you would have lost views or something if you wanted to react to Love Next Door, there are people who simply didn't watched yet, it would have been nice to watch it with you, it would have definitely got popular through this public at some point anyway. Watching with friends and peeps is great. Especially with the productive arguments you can have over which ship you're rooting for or what outcome. Start Up was a fun war on expectations I had. In more of an anime sense, I rooted for the true underdog in Future Diary and was so vindicated when my person went from the rungs of defeat to the true winner of the show's contest. Kamen Rider Geats is another JDrama that's good for competition too

I would recommend hosting or finding someone to host watch parties. Part of what got me back into KDramas was watching with other people, especially crazy KDramas like World of the Married or Penthouse. Having ppl around to react adds to the experience. Start Up is another good KDrama to watch with a group because of all the toxic discussions you can have with who you're rooting for in that series (same writer as While You Were Sleeping too). I use meetup dot com and Discord to set up my group watch parties.

I still enjoy watching them alone but I really like companionship when I rewatch dramas that I fall in love with.. I guess that is where you guys come in!! Hehe.. For Love Next Door, I think it is okay if you decided to watch it first with your wife. You can just rewatch it with the other 2 and I think it is still okay as long as you don't give spoiler to them during watching and the other 2 are watching it for the first time..
