The theme here is 'dealing with losing' and I find the appeal of the story in the uniqueness of setting the protagonist apart to be more of an observer and facilitator as the heroines recover and move on. As far a Nuk himself goes, given his personality, a while down the road his sisters BFF is gonna snag him. There's your dark horse.

Two, she rejected him again without even hearing his request and welcome him to the dumped club for being dumped by her, even though he didn’t confess. Three, she had a fake boyfriend problem to keep up, and she asked him to help her find Lemon’s childhood friend to be her fake boyfriend knowing full well at that point Lemon is going through rejection pain from losing her childhood friend, and also disrespecting Nukumizu for implying openly he is not good enough for her. She has outright rejected the guy twice without giving him face and both time humiliated him for “falling” for a girl way out of his league. Unless he’s a masochist, I’m not going to want him to go with the girl who constantly humiliates him. Give him another better girl. Komari is looking way better than the 3 main girls of this series at this point. We know now that she’s responsible, caring, brave with her feelings, has good banters with Nukumizu, and tries her best to be better than she appears. What’s not to like about her? Maybe to others the only flaw she has is she looks like a loli… wait… is that why I choose her? 😏🥸
