2024-08-31 04:02:39 +0000 UTCI like how the MC deflects the attention from him towards someone else in such a swift manner… He’s very capable and intelligent, as well as perceptive, but he doesn’t brag about it and that is a sign of true ingenuity. Similar to how he could have ended the debate from the previous episode right away but he let Alya shine and then he ended the debate (sort of) to not put as much spotlight on him. This anime is very good. A lot of people hiding their true self, and it’s so interesting.

Not to take anything away from the ladies, but IMHO making it to S-rank in the romcom arena hangs on the male lead. Many a S-rank leading lady has been wasted on a sub-par male lead. We’re fortunate to have two potential hi-q male leads this season.
