The clacker fr is too expensive for someone like a mere village head in some tinyass village. Since it'd have to be handcrafted at the time, it's either something you pay bigass bux for (talking about city noble tier mfs), or it's a work of faith so to speak (likelier given the bumfuck nowhere location) by a zealot smith. Note how they don't have any walls unlike other places (i.e not even wooden barricades like the pagan town w/ the festival etc), which seems to imply that wild animals etc don't come near enough. I wonder why that is 🤔
