That is messed up. Going by what you all said at the end of Young Joon did not lose his memories maybe he doesn't want Mi So to like him because of her memories but because of him? As for Sung Yeon he better have PTSD or something to redeem his behavior.

2024-08-20 20:51:20 +0000 UTCAnother thing to consider is that he has always known who Mi So was but did not know what her life was like between the years after the kidnapping and his finding her. When he realized she did not remember him, not even his name, he knew she was missing memories. I assume this is when he decided to keep her close, but not reveal their past. In his mind, he hoped that she would someday remember and then he could reveal everything. He did not want to feel as though he was planting memories in her head by revealing things. If she regained her memories but they were different from what he told her, that would only bring about mistrust and more trauma. He wanted her to remember on her own time. He was willing to wait a lifetime for her to remember as long as she was there by his side. He did not factor her resignation and the brother's actions fueled by hate into his plan. This threw everything off. Once the brother revealed he was the oppa she was trapped with, he still decided to be silent and not confuse Mi So even more as she continued to piece things together on her own. He has always considered that she lost her memories and the ease at which false memories can be planted; thus, he is always cautious of what he does and says. The brother confessing to Mi So forced our ML to start revealing subtle hints to try and trigger her memories. The vague convo about his past and being bullied, purposely allowing her to see his ankle scars, and having her discover that resume book. He thought this would trigger her memories so when that did not work, he became less confident in her ability to remember. It would be easy to tell her his true memories; however, it is clear that other factors are hindering him from doing so. I hope they will be revealed sooner than later.

This woman has been living her whole life with this huge gap in her memory and feeling like she's crazy because the ppl around her say it didn't happen. I would be determined to uncover the truth too.

I was surprised that they kissed in ep 8 when I 1st watched it. My Girlfriend Is Gumiho is also another romcom where the couples get together early like this.
