The Queen got infected as we saw episodes ago when Vanitas guessed it based on Luca's reaction. So Naenia is basically the same as all the vampires going nutshit due to being afflicted by their True Name being corrupted by someone (in their case it's obviously Naenia tho, IDK if she's mindlessly trying to recover her own True Name or w/e tho, hence why she's on a name hunt on such a massive scale), hence why Faustina is that blackened husk lying immobile in that bed or w/e at the palace, so Naenia is basically some type of astral projection, hence the no body thing etc
