Sion started the beef. He could have just said, let's be friends. Instead he said "be my underling". I understand why, because Sion is a noble, and it's more befitting to have an orphan as a "lackey" than a peer. But, the way he phrased it came off completely as bullying. Will was 100% within his rights to tell Sion to fuck off. I don't think there's any person in this world with self respect who would accept "You're going to be my lackey." unless they are being bullied or forced into it.

Trying to be friends by basically saying hes worthless but can be an underling? What? 😂 Sion is a narcissist that sees Will as a piece of trash, not a friend. He wasn't being kind, he was looking down on Will as much as the others and his ego couldn't handle it when Will rejected becoming his underling.

2024-08-19 02:11:16 +0000 UTCWhen I first saw Ellenor introduced, I thought that's a nice easter eggs pointing to Danmachi's greatest Mage Riveria, since Ellenor is considered one of the greatest Mage of Wistoria's timeline. Once more similiarities are being dropped, and Lefiya's full name dropped this episode, I can't ignore my theory now. I'll be bashing author Oomori San myself if it's really all lazy writing. Which I highly doubt.

2024-08-19 01:09:11 +0000 UTCI have a theory that this was set at least 1000 years after Danmachi. For some reasons the Gods forsaken humans on earth and wanted to destroy them. A few things by this episode to prove my point: 1) Lefiya Viridis is exactly the same name elf from Loki Familia (Elf can live a long life) 2) Magia Vander of Wind Ellenor Ljos Alf (also an elf), has the same family name as Riveria Ljos Alf, also from Loki Familia 3) The One Dwarf who punched the Mage in the flashback is called Gareth (There's a Gareth Landrock from Loki Familia who is a Dwarf too) 4) The Tower looks like the Tower from Orario in Danmachi where Freya stays. Coincidentally Elfaria and the Magia Vanders also stays in the Tower 5) There's a dungeon in the same town as Orario Knowing the author of Danmachi, I doubt it's just lazy writing with all these similiarities. He is cooking something which the manga hasn't reveal yet. It should come as a big twist when everything is revealed.
