I know he’s too intense but he’s trying to make up for the last fuck up from Season 2 cause he wasn’t focused, and now he’s ALL IN, being all up in everyone’s ass, super annoying, I know, but it’s like Marcus said: “Take us there, Bear”. They are set to get a Michelin star and they have to work hard. It’s chaotic, yes, but I don’t think Carmy is a jerk. He gets too in and forgets to communicate. That’s his main issue with people. But you know what? I wouldn’t mind if Syd left cause that would be a great wake up call for Carmy. Although! The Bear is something that is tangible, it’s there, it’s already happening. Shapiro’s new restaurant hasn’t come to fruition yet so it’s a bit in the air, if that makes sense. I know the benefits were good, and the salary is higher than The Bear, but the most attractive thing for Syd would be how she will be the one calling the shots, which is what Carmy underestimates. So, I feel like Director: I don’t want her to leave The Bear, but I won’t be mad if she leaves…
