You would not believe the vitriol that Rachel got when S1 came out (worse than even now) , but I always felt like Bam had this weird obsessive problem with her that I couldn't overlook to just to pile on hate on Rachel. So even if it's as a joke I find it pr funny that you're forcing yourself to see it from the other side. Once again the contrarianism in Lee is helping,

If you remember from Season 1, Lero Ro said Shinsu can do anything, even make you immortal. Author stated in a Q&A when the series first started that lifespans in the Tower are wild mainly because of Shinsu.
