Hopefully. I've already had my diet, hydration & lifting on lock and I'm only a social drinker now (despite having tons of drinks at home left over from my cocktail mixing days during covid. Gonna host a party so i can get rid of all those drinks lol). Consistent cardio that's not walking is the missing piece.

Ill join you Lee. Been having scary kidney pain recently despite being early 20s. I remember you shared your kidney stone story in a reaction once and how horrible the process of removing them was and I realized I don't wanna go down that path myself so I'll be joining in August drinking a gallon of water a day. My change is leaving my toxic job and starting working towards a career I'm 23 and I don't want to be working a 9 to 5 job by I'm 25 I want to start a family soon.

My change is gonna have to be actually doing cardio lol, especially zone 2. Started lifting weights beginning of the year and absolutely love it as it's a phenomenal stress relief for me & its made joint pain nearly non existent - i become like a crackhead if I go too long without a lifting session now. I'm taking up rollerblading for cardio as it's got a skill learning component which will finally keep me engaged and it'll provide benefits for balance + full body coordination too. Really enjoying it so far

Great keyword: sustainability, it has to sustainable. A lot of people overeat because they mistake thirst signal with hunger signal so this is a good foundational habit to have in place. For those who want to gamify the drinking enough water, you can look into the Hidrate Spark 32 oz steel bottle. Obviously you don't have to spend that much money, but it deepens the commitment for some and it kinda turns the challenge into a game with the app/tracker/sensor

Let's gooo! Imma be Jinwoo by the end of this. Got my new waterbottle and I'm downing it regularly with ginger and lemon juice. I think I need to find a local rec center I can use to do cardio. I use to play basketball and baseball after school, but that ended after I graduated. Walking/Jogging got lame and it made me inconsistent.
