9. Fight for my way - This show is special, the plot isn't amazing TO ME PERSONALLY. Yet I loved what they did with it. I can't explain it (....i don't even know how to talk right now" Twice). I just like LOTS of characters and I liked when Kim Jiwon and the homie did the embarassing cute thing, it has a lot of highlight moments....and technically i have spend more time revisting clips from this show than other shows along with Mr Queen which i have already rewatched to completion and i watch my favorite moments of Queen Of Tears
I also revist Itaewon and Its okay not to be okay sometimes10. Moving

Twinkling Watermelon - Great Writing (not something i'd watch again)
This is ACTUALLY A FANTASTIC SHOW... it just didn't connect with me emotionally like the others...i can't really explain why.
Goblin - ICONIC MOMENTS, good story... Felt long at times. I have no regrets because the concept of the story has stayed with me and has offered value after watching, the Grim Reaper and Sunny along with the iconic walks...were just fantastic....
Uncanny Counter - Great First Season.. GREAT....Season 2...was just Ok even though it had Grade A actors......

2024-07-09 12:54:57 +0000 UTCI second Bae Suzy's greatness. She did get a lot of hate initially for playing the generic love interest in Dream High (not her fault, that was casting. Plus, people were more pulled in by IU's performance in the fat suit). She was great in While You Were Sleeping. Really good in Uncontrollably Fond where she also soaks in the scenery. I think she really kills it in Start-Up (She kinda plays the same character as she did in WYWS, and that's probably because Start-up is written by the same person as WYWS and Dream High). Lee might know Suzy from her music videos as a member of the girl group Miss-A where she was lead singer. "Good bye, baby good bye..Dwidolaseo geudaelo apeulo"

Even if he chose his "favorite" could end up not being it and since we know how some show end up not being his cup of tea, we can try and pick something WE know suits his tastes better. Right now he is just hoping that DOTS is his taste, plus seems that it'll gain some traction. But in terms of taste, we know for sure where this drama will end on the lists

I am afraid their feeling are going to be hurt. Because some of the things happening in the drama did not win against the test of time, its cringe and sweet but too long. For me DOTS is a bit like fight for my way. The plot is very one dimensional and we drag it to the end. Selfishly, I root for while we were sleeping

Its quite cringy and they will probably feel the same way that they did with Goblin - its not bad but nothing special either, while some scene/plots are overly long and dramatic. Really hoping that Signal or Healer wins - especially Signal - its a very good show with thrill and interesting characters.

2024-07-09 02:17:58 +0000 UTCFor me first would be "while you were sleeping" it has a good blend of comedy and mystery involved. 2nd would be healer it pretty high up in terms keep the viewer interested only problem is if you don't like cliff hangers that might be an issue. 3rd is descendants of the sun is a fun watch though I would say it's half medical and half military show. The main focus is romance but yeah if you like medical and/or military TV show this is definitely top tier.

Instead of just picking your favourite kdramas, pick something that he would actually enjoy. I personally don't think it's Hotel de Luna or even Dots. Even though I like them both

I still think it's Han Soo Hee's (main girl from My Name ) best role as she really showed her range throughout the drama. Another MVP of the show was the guy that played the wiretapper from Crash Landing where in WotM he's the extra horny neighbor, but somehow he finds a way to feel as wholesome as he did in Crash Landing

But not those ultra toxic makjang (toxic in a fun way). Where epic latin music be poppin off when people are yelling and threatening to murder each other. I never watched Sky Castle, but I did watch penthouse and was told it was similar.

I did love hotel del Luna and dots I rewatched both many times. The others weren't dramas I wasn't keen on watching even when they were first out.

Personally think it gets lifted up in people's minds by the nostalgia factor of being a 'classic' + the star factor from the leads. Personally hoping for Hotel Del Luna
