It’s a time and a place for everything you basically saying kev is doing right by his family by shooting up a playground with kids lol bruh could follow dude catch him by himself and have a higher chance of getting away with it. Kev was moving to loosely.. I wouldn’t want my family getting revenge at the cost of his or more of my family life if we aren’t equipped to go to war with the Mexicans lol

Franklin willingly involved himself in a shooting that was going to take place. In a situation where you know a shooting is going happen your suppose to call the cops not go and handle the shooter yourself. So I doubt he can claim that in court with Lorena telling the full story

What's interesting about episode 8 and 9 was our three ringleaders are all going through huge losses with their wholesome loved ones. Franklin had to bust his buddy Kev (who is only trying to do right by his family), Teddy got Matt terminally wrecked, and Lucia had to hold on to a bloody Oso after she got made by that dude
