2024-06-14 23:44:20 +0000 UTCYeah, she's also doing it because of millennia ago related reasons too, when monsters were even more numerous & more than a couple of Tenma Wars have passed already (IIRC they occur aprox every 500 years or so, prioritizing high tech civs first & foremost), and Humans have been close to extinction more than a few times. Also especially because of said monsters the blood tasted like shit, hence this decision. Well it's also partially because of Humans essentially being the lil bro cousin species to the Vampires, so the Vampires as a race have more or less always had a similar-y relationship w/ Humans even millennia ago

2024-06-10 07:50:35 +0000 UTCI think the point Director was trying to make was explicitly stated in S3, Ep 3: That Lubelious was founded as a country where Luminous the Vampire could not only feed upon a happy-tasting population, but as the puppetmaster behind the throne AND the deity of their religion, she has the best of all three worlds, with the only catch being that knowledge that she is a demon lord AND their goddess be suppressed. Which is why Veldora spilling the beans so publically pisses her off so much. I don't think that her having demon lord magic and holy magic at the same time has anything to do with her having two different-colored eyes, that's just cuteness. Or that's the eye she keeps burning on [spoilers] coffin in ep 8? Zuko, Todoroki, we got a new club member...

Yes Hinata did kill her dad to protect her mom. The disintegration attack that was used is the most powerful attack against monsters, it disintegrates their body on a molecular level so no monster can take a direct hit. However Rimuru has ultimate barrier so never touched him ;)

The church people are kinda known as some of the strongest forces in the human side while Falmouth was more like mob army. They don’t really go to much into the human power scaling in the show tho
