The Fate of Kdramas 🥹

PLEASE DONT DM SUGGESTIONS? There is a comment section and people can critique your remarks. I dont know why people are DM’ing me suggestions

20 episodes max.

No alchemy souls because of copyrights and it’s actually 30 episodes.

Thats way too much for a patreon only

Kim Jiwon has been great. I dont necessarily need to watch 3 of her shows back to back at this point lol. ( i am not THAT obsessive hahah)

If your suggested show has 60 minute episodes or less. State that in your suggestion

If it performs well on YouTube. State that in your suggestion.

Many if you know our taste and i see you patiently comment under shows telling us not to watch hahaha. Keep doing that.

I do find it helpful cuz i can tell the difference between people that understand what we like and those who dont based on how you talk and if you been here for a while and comment. I do recognize names.

Unless you changed your profile picture 🤷🏽‍♂️.

What i am saying is you can suggest a Kdramas to watch as of now.

It wrote it this way because people often dont read and bombard the comment section disregarding what i said

Someone commented to seperate genres/new/old into different categories.

My goal is selecting a show that makes the widest amount of people happy. So romance, crime, thriller new and old are all up to compete at once.

I think if i said Thriller only when potentially only 10 people like it vs romance with 40 people would be detrimental to overall channel growth unless someone has an argument otherwise. I do read. So i will listen.

I do like Thrillers. I hope one wins in popularity.

New and Old shows are also welcomed for the same argument. I dont think there is a MUST watch New show on the level of Queen Of Tears.

Ratings and YouTube performance are not the same measurement. In theory it can have terrible ratings but popular on YouTube and selecting it would still lead to growth. Haha. Thats just how it works.

Tons of high quality shows dont get traction.

I know from experience recordings, paying/editing them and seeing the result. Lol.

This is a lot to read. Sorry but i am trying to make sure i reach a population that reads 😅

Taste in shows

Should be easy to understand but this is a poll for Monday - Friday Schedule desciion as we have offically decided to pick up 2 timeless shows (BASED ON NUMEROUS FEEDBACK) rather than cover an airing Kdrama right now.

I also described Kdramas and my Favorites, so you know my taste.

5. Crash Landing On You

6. Extracurricular

7. Marry my husband

Business Proposal

Fight For My Way

Flower of evil

Parasyte

Revenant

Shop For Killers

Squid Games

Weak Hero

Worst Of Evil

Special Category - Means these shows have elements that are GREATLY appreciated although they are not in our taste profile

Twinkling Watermelon - Great Writing (not something i'd watch again)

This is ACTUALLY A FANTASTIC SHOW... it just didn't connect with me emotionally like the others...i can't really explain why.

Goblin - ICONIC MOMENTS, good story... Felt long at times. I have no regrets because the concept of the story has stayed with me and has offered value after watching, the Grim Reaper and Sunny along with the iconic walks...were just fantastic....

Uncanny Counter - Great First Season.. GREAT....Season 2...was just Ok even though it had Grade A actors......

The Following are remarks concerning shows that didn't enter our taste profile

Strong Woman Bong Soon - Great Male Lead , funny moments. Would Not watch again

Strangers From Hell- Interesting Concept...cool

Vincenzo - Good moments.....just longer than it needed to be a lot of times, great cast

Black Knight-Nothing worth mentioning

Comments

Found my group! These are two of my favorites as well.

Cocalita

Listen...I believe this is my karma because I watched it WAYYYY after it became popular. My husband and sister tried for months to get me to watch it and I blew them off. Then, I finally watched and loved it and no one can react to it. LOL. It's okay though. I understand why it can't be done.

Cocalita

Im rewatching it as we speak ... And damn its good. And so well paced. And I cannot forget the speech of Lee Jong suk at the award show when he said that Suzy is the most beautiful woman he's ever seen. Lmaoo the chemistry in this was top 5 ever

koma

omds how did you get these stats

justbibi

These are in no particular order, all of them are great, and I wish you react to them all at some point. Do with that info what you will.

Mochi

The pacing of this show is crazy in a good way. I always tell people to check episode 1 and they usually get hooked. Lee Jong Suk + Bae Suzy is crazy too as main leads. I also recommend Start-Up which was done by the same writer, and also starting Bae Suzy

J Man

I root for this one !!!!

koma

Healer- it has 20 episodes but is a great show. It has elements of romance as well as action.

aisha

The good bad mother has 14 episodes on Netflix it’s kinda a mystery, political, emotional one. Hotel de Luna it’s an older one but good (supernatural, revenge, romance). Hometown ChaChaCha is a romance small town comedy. Big mouth (crime, justice, mystery). Twenty five twenty one ( sports, friendship, romance).

Anah!

**Prison playbook** (16eps | 1hr 32min each | Drama, Comedy, Crime) | Youtube would love it! especially with you lots commentary*(Director would also be super engaged like he is in Snowfall~!) *so many things to talk about.

justbibi

I’m still rooting for Beyond evil (also I love that you’re enjoying Mr Queen)

Norkis Massiel

Big Mouth is really really good. IU's husband is quite a looker so that makes it even better lol. I suggested this one early on and I agree it is a must-watch. Rated 8.5/10 from 24,968 viewers on MyDramaList this one will keep you guessing until the end. It falls in the Thriller/Mystery/Law category. The script is very well-written and the acting is great.

Bran Bran

I second "W" as another great one. It's rated 8.5/10 from 99,082 users on MyDramaList, and it falls in the Thriller/Romance/Fantasy category. Considering how you guys live anime/manga, the writer took a very unique approach to the manga/real-world crossover. This one will not disappoint and keep you engaged with the twists and turns.

Bran Bran

While You Were Sleeping is genuinely one of my favorite shows of all time. I love this writer and I have followed her career closely. She usually writes incredibly complex villains that help to create romance-thrillers with real emotional weight and impact.

Feather_Noir

Hotel del Luna, 16 episodes

Mouka

Mouse

Mouka

Our Beloved Summer, loved the Main Leads (the ones from the witch: part 1) and amazing OST. Very good drama. What's Wrong with Secretary Kim. The Smile Has Left Your Eyes (sadly I think this one is not that popular but I loved it)

QiTx xD

I really like WWWSK for sure, and would be happy with it. But I love Our Beloved Summer. It’s one of my favorite Kdramas. It has Comedy, romance and drama with 2 great leads. 2 former reality show/documentary participants meet up after many years because the past show has currently gone viral. They deal with the drama and messiness of being back in each other’s lives after a long time. Supporting characters are hilarious too. I believe it was produced on Netflix.

Cocalita

Devil Judge is an underrated hidden Gem tbh. It's sad tbh cause it's an amazing show that knows how to pull the heartstrings, amazing characters, a Very engaging plot, and very tasteful plot twists. I would highly recommend it to you guys.

Hammhoxx

I second Her Private Life, great show, loved it. Great suggestion! I haven’t seen the other one yet so can’t say.

Zzzboy888

For a well made, highly acclaimed thriller "Signal" is that ish tbh (in the time it aired, it was all anyone could talk about, it's also remembered fondly, pretty sure they are developing season 2 .) For rom com but with a more adult take on romance, "Love To Hate You" is a gem. For a fantasy romance "My Roommate Is A Gumiho", it's fun and spicy, both in the kdrama and irl main leads' chemistry. Oh!, for something different but that i think suits your tastes, i also recommend "The Beauty Inside". Tbh though, I am just looking forward to whatever comes next. I am still riding high on the fact that y'all are watching Mr Queen 💃🏿

Ri Ta

What's wrong with secretary kim? and Vagabond. The first is a great romantic comedy. The second was my first kdrama....its an action/dramedy

ManicMeeks

I really like the drama The K2, action, romance. 16 episodes about an hour and five minutes each episode

TBake95

Our Beloved Summer!! Yay

Cocalita

Beyond Evil or The Devil Judge

Dunno2000

When i react with the group. I feel its like hanging out. And a show is one. But we are hanging out and you’re watching that

Rock Lee

Yea we had fun for a lot of moments. Don’t underestimate the possibility of watching TV with fun friends you have good relationships with. We enhanced our experience with commentary and jokes. So watching the show was fun. Watching anything above average with friends is fun

Rock Lee

kinda shocked that strong woman do bong soon is in the “not in our taste” category. i never got any impression that yall didn’t fully love that show while watching it 😮

peyten

I always rewatch the clips. its such a cute and fun show!

Sal

Yes, we get each other! 🙌🏾

raeven b.

I'm going to second everyone saying "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim." Also, just based on you all previous tastes and make another pitch for Our Beloved Summer which has a great cast, a great story and also some light comedy as well.

dragonflyingash

These are two of my fave dramas. Love them so very much ❤️

Sal

yes there is a fair amount of thrill too. Im not too confident about it winning since everyone is leaning more towards mouse or secretary Kim. But I still have hope.

koma

Taste!! No seriously these are two of my favorite K Dramas even if they are are a bit underrated and not as popular.

dragonflyingash

Please consider "The Masters Sun" a 17 episode Romantic Comedy I'm sure you'll enjoy.

Marvs

I know y’all are already considering Beyond Evil i just want to revoice that it’s a great show (and maybe it’s my bias because it was one of the first SHOWS in general my girl and I watched together). I really think y’alld enjoy the writing in the show. Literally all I watch now is y’all + the shows y’all watch so I would think I would know enough of yalls taste to at least make a recommendation (but then again I may be wrong). But either way whatever y’all decide to watch in the future I’m gonna watch anyways because I’m here for y’all at the end of the day (sorry if my comments too long) (and idk how to go into debt about it without spoiling)

Keilone

always yes to weightlifting fairy. I'm gonna give it a rewatch on my own too. At this point, it'll be like watching for the first time again. It's been years since I've seen it.

raeven b.

I'm going to suggest Because this is my First Life (2017) (16 episodes, 70 minutes--it's pushin it on time!!) and Her Private Life (2019) (16 episodes, 60 mins) for this go around. I don't even know if many people have seen these 2 , but everyone who has have only had great things to say about them, including me. It's been a few years since I've seen these, but I'm drawn to a good romcom if there's something unique to the typical mix. Usually also has to do with a great cast. Yes, they both have similar names lol I didn't plan that, haha but these are personal fave romcoms that are very refreshing, easy watches. Great chemistry of mains, great supporting casts. Great stories. I'm starting to see that with all kdramas, some themes don't seem escapable and a bit repetitive, but the genre's still addictingly entertaining either way haha--even more with you guys. Hope this makes some polls so I can rewatch with y'all, but if not, I'mma rewatch em anyway. :) Excited to see what's gonna be next!

raeven b.

Between Mouse,Beyond Evil and While you sleeping whatever you chose won't disappoint

Francis Mhlanga

Yes and it got everything definitely good for everyone because it's mixture of romance, thriller, some comedy and sci fi

Francis Mhlanga

Bonus recommendation - idk if you’ll ever watch it or how popular it is but Dr. Romantic 2 is amazing. Hospital show with great characters.

Zzzboy888

You don’t know how Mr.Queen's rating makes me happy haha

Hiso

Mouse has my vouch. 20 episodes roughly 75+ minutes each. If there’s a thriller to recommend, this drama is at the top of that list.

Kro

both of these shows have characteristics that will not sit well with them ( or will be less enjoyable for them I think ) King the land has good romance but thats about it. If youre like them and you like a good plot point, you will lose them on it. It'll be an issue for attracting audience too. And for my lovely liar, idk maybe its just my opinion but the acting is the problem.. And also audience traction.

koma

My timeless drama pick is While You Were Sleeping. It's a supernatural Thriller romance about a woman who can see the future in her dreams, and a prosecutor who fights to stop these future events from happening. Its one of the best in my book because it mixes Everything that you would love and crave to watch. The fantasy aspects of it is so well fleshed out. But the best for me will always be the romance. The actors also managed to make it all believable which is so difficult to do. The storyline is not too crazy so it lets us focus on whats really important. Its the best recommendation I could think of after 8 years of watching dramas. It came out in 2017 but even if you watch it today you wouldn't know. It feels so new and fresh. Please include it in any polls and I know it'll do excellent. Two of the best actors in Korea as lead and a banging supporting cast. A villain that'll probably give you ulcer (I guess rock Lee could like him... Somehow??? Naaaah lmao you will NOT sir ) i cant wait for it to be in your top two. Ho and I almost forgot its a 16 episodes drama 60 min each.

koma

Another one of my all-time favorites! Love this one. Whenever it's mentioned, I feel like rewatching it right away ;)

Marvelous JJ

Scarlet Ryeo

Aglesh

hi! this is my very first time commenting on your post (im a new subscriber btw...love the trio! ) i would like to recommend two dramas: 1. Café Minamdang is a kdrama that does double duty. It's a super silly comedy and a revenge thriller with mystery that has an interesting plot (and lil bit romance). this was just a fun, refreshing drama for me to watch. good experience!! although if you guys not a big fan of slapstick or exaggerated comedy, you will not like this. but im hoping to get something more fun and not fully romance this time around! (18 episodes - 1h) im positive you guys would enjoy this one cuz i've rewatched this show 3 times just to see the comedic scenes 2. Start-Up is an inspiring kdrama fr. it was a very well-written script, well character development, relatable, encouraging, music was significant, cinematography and the actors were amazing!!! this is a clever combination of the ups and downs of start up business, but again as we expected from kdrama, there's romance involved. so i prefer cafe minamdang to get chosen by you guys. (16 episodes - 1h 20 mins) im not hating on romance, but i would love to see more reactions for thriller or comedy! thank you

linlin

While You Were Sleeping! (Time manipulation, crime drama, romance)

J Man

Roting for Mouse or Beyond evil. The fiery priest is also a good option. Something a little different.

martina1712

Because I don’t see it suggested enough: Rain or Shine (or Just between lovers) is a good one. It’s an older one (2017) but it doesn’t look like it, great cinematography. It’s more authentic, treating with struggle of survivor guilt, grief and ptsd. The two main lead got great chemistry.

so-hl

Yeah The Korean reactions have insane views, I saw some with over 200k

strange& sleepless

first thing i thought of! they love the messy characters - so i can see Rocklee gleefully reacting to sky castle, and director anylysing everyone's motives ! and there are some underdog characters to root for as well (which Adorkable mentioned is essential for her enjoyment)

Im Jubal

also one of those shows that feels legendary although it just finished! EXTREMELY popular both internationally and in korea. I've noticed those who react to it have koreans comments too.

Im Jubal

See your response is genuine and I noticed things like this. Acknowledging that you don’t think it will be my favorite show but at the same time saying I will enjoy it indicates sincere attempt at recommending a show makes your comment trustworthy even if It doesn’t work out what matters is the attempt behind your comment. Good job communicating

Rock Lee

My suggestion would The Atypical Family (12 episodes, average of 60-70 minutes), which I've seen others suggest as well (in the suggestion chat). It has a different pace than typical kdramas, and has something unique about it. While different, you could compare it to Moving... sort of.

Genevieve

I recommend Lovely Runner. I think it’ll do well on YouTube because it’s so popular right now. I don’t think it’s going to be your favorite show, but I think you’ll enjoy it. It is a great story with romance and plot twists that’s are surprising. It starts off cheesy but it grows on you and it’s very well paced — no dull moments. I’m obsessed and I think I’m not the only one haha so I think it’ll do well on YouTube. Anyway thanks for sharing your reactions!

Sadie

I think a few people have commented this, but I recommend "Mouse". This is one of my favorite kdrama and it fits the type of kdrama you would like. This kdrama will give you plenty to discuss about and keep you on the edge of your seat.

Verse Virus

I recommend Mouse (2021) : thriller, mystery. 20 episodes.

A.J

This is a great show. I’m also sad that they’re not watching it😭

Anne

Move to heaven is a good show.

Anne

3. Touch Your Heart (2019)- this is a workplace romance capitalising on the charming chemistry of the Grim Reaper and Sunny from Goblin. 16 episodes 60-70 mins in length.

A

I’d also like to recommend What’s wrong with Secretary Kim . It is an amazing show with great humour and romance .

Sam

Sky Castle is an incredibly stressful watch if you're like me, but worthwhile.

A

2. Master's Sun, this is a very funny supernatural romance with one of my favourite actresses as the lead, and features the main actor from Death's Game in an early role. 17 episodes, ~60 mins.

A

King the land is a good romance kinda like business proposal with 16 episodes with each one being between 60-75 mins. My lovely liar is another great show show I think you all would enjoy and it has 16 episodes that are around 60 mins each

KG

1. I Can Hear Your Voice, romance with a supernatural/courtroom element. This is from 2013 and has 18 episodes of around 63 minutes each.

A

Yes, sky castle is full of stressing and hair pulling characters like Sumin from MMH. For drama that some sort of tackle korean education system, Sky Castle is better written plot and full of angst/makjang compared to pyramid game. Just my 2 cents

Maira Lovanne

1- Mouse its a mystery kdrama with alot of tension and good plot twists 2- fiery priest is an action comedy with 16 episodes

Name

yeah. doesn't matter if they make a reaction video, just needed them to watch it.

Ash

I get what you mean but I don't think this show is the type of slow burn you might be used to. I don't think you'll end up with no energy after watching. But I don't binge shows like you guys do. Episode 1 is the slowest one tho but it picks up really well I will say it's a little like Extracurricular (another one of my favorites) but just less crazy intense and the emotions hit harder. Each episode made me wanna keep watching and I never felt like it was too slow. The show's plot actually makes it feel more like a thriller at times. I watched it years ago and it has stuck with me even after watching so many other shows. Sorry for all the text but I don't think you'll regret watching this show and I hope you guys do watch it one day. You can probably tell I'm passionate about this show lol If you watch it and dislike it, I guess I'll just stay quiet forever haha

Ari

W -two worlds 16 ep. 60min A Romance/fantasy/comedy/thriller from 2016

Menmjau

It's time 2521 , rise up my people. Alternatively something rarely mentioned which I think u would all greatly enjoy , Sky Castle. Also Sky Castle episodes are almost all 1 hour long apart from the final few.

James Copeland

It's really good! 16 episodes, 65-75min each

Menmjau

I would recommend Scarlet Heart Ryeo: 20 episodes, The Producers: 12 episodes, Hotel Del Luna: 16 episodes, and Dream High: 16 episodes. Scarlet Heart Ryeo has 60 minute episodes

Will Gee

I can see you guys enjoying Signal. It is from 2015. The genre is crime, investigation, corruption and such I would say. But the execution is fresh and unique. You can read the summary before deciding. I am not quite sure about the copyrights and popularity, but I have only heard good things about it. The OG Kdrama fans love the show and are still waiting for a new season. Descendants of the Sun from 2016 is another great show which has everything. Kim Jiwon is the second female lead. So, I would say you can save it for later and watch it whenever you feel like watching a classic and timeless K-Drama.

Tannies19

It wasnt there. I added it when you mentioned it. Lol

Rock Lee

I recommend Lovely Runner.

Chanyeol

Absolutely dont want a slow burn. It gets fatiguing as we binge shows. Which is exactly what Goblin did. Than you have no energy to watch anything else lol.

Rock Lee

Big Mouth is a drama that you'd definitely like. It has 16 episodes, and is probably most similar to Vincenzo, but not really. It's a drama about a broke lawyer that gets caught up in rich people business, thrown in jail, and has to use his "big mouth" in order to survive. I mean talking, not the other way. All women are at least A-teir.

Ihsan

Ah dang I think I just missed it under all of us are dead. Sorry lol

Ash

Really hope they watch One ordinary day, its a different tone of kim soohyun with angst and crime plot. All actors are great.

Maira Lovanne

Great show. I just didnt realize i missed it

Rock Lee

Yes agree, 2521 kinda give me a feeling/vibe of anime style character arcs of drama! 2521 is one of my timeless drama!

Maira Lovanne

Oh my god Whats wrong with secretary Kim has Park Min Young from marry my husband and Park Seo Jun from Fight my Way as leads and its a romantic comedy based on a manhwa. I vi totally recommend!

sadde_s

My mister is great drama! 100% But its a slowburn type of drama. Wonder if they will do well on yt

Maira Lovanne

I really hope you guys consider Lovely runner! I was skeptical at first but within a few episodes it brought back an investment and excitement I haven’t felt about any show in years. I’ve already started rewatching and am enjoying it even more the second time around. There’s not a single boring or slow episode imo. The show has a 9.8/10 rating on Viki and a 9/10 on IMDb. On the day of its last episode airing, TVing surpassed Netflix in total viewing hours, first for any OTT service in Korea ever. So its success is pretty crazy. Not many big reactors have reacted to it on YouTube so far unfortunately that’s why I want y’alls reaction even more xD The episodes are around an hour and 10 minutes.

strange& sleepless

Hi sorry I don't got a recommendation. I was just curious if you still liked Extraordinary Attorney Woo or did it just not make the list?

Ash

Love to hate you is great!! Hope they pick it up at one point

Im Jubal

Mouse 20 eps, had me and my sibling at the edge of our seats. Crime/thriller, not explicitly violent, there aren’t any English reaction to it on YouTube so the fans of that show will only have yours. I’m a person who really likes romcoms, thriller/crimes aren’t my thing but Mouse was so good that I really didn’t care. The episodes are around an hour twenty at most, every episode isn’t that long. The only outlier is the last episode which is an hour forty. Highly recommend 11/10

Im Jubal

Ok Iv said before and Ill say again 1) The K2 16 ep avarge run tim 66 min small youtube channels under 20k subs had good views pulling in 30k views. 2) ReBorn Rich again 16 ep avg run time 69min with ep 8&16 at 80min all small youtube under 700 sub pulling in views of 1.5k to 15k. 3)Lawless lawyer 16 ep avg run time 66 min, can't find any reactions on youtube. I belive you are the biggest Kdrama channel on youtube in English. hope you do all 3 but happy with any of them.

Lee Coleman

Has anyone suggested My Mister? It's not just a great Kdrama but a great show in general imo. I mostly watch anime these days but this show pretty much stands near the top of all the Korean shows and movies I've seen. It seems to do well on YouTube and it has 16 episodes, around 70 min each. It's not a romcom but I think the three of you will enjoy it. It's also on Netflix Also the main actress of this show is also the female lead in Hotel Del Luna which I also recommend

Ari

I agree with What's Wrong With Secretary Kim. You are familar with both the lead male and female. It is a romance comedy. It does well on youtube. The characters grow on you. There is also some mystery as well.

Tina

Beyond Evil, for the love of all that is holy, Beyond Evil. Beat a fair number of Kdrama's in your top10, in awards. The type of show is also right up your alley imo.

DJ

If you guys ever decide to watch it do your best to stay away from spoilers!!! Some people be commenting what will be happening in an episode and that can very well ruin the experience. That honestly goes for anything you guys watch, I be reading some comments and it’s just a straight up spoiler.

Im Jubal

Move to heaven is 10 episodes 45-60 mins does well on YouTube and it's really good.

Kimberley

Im back with my recommendation of 2521. 75ish min episodes which I know is longer than what you wanted but worth it imo. Genre is sport romance. Although Id describe it as about relationships. I’ve seen some channels react to it recently and considering thats its 2 years old at this point i think there is still an appeal. Not entirely sure how to determine its popularity other than saying everyone was talking about it when it released and people are still reacting to it today.

Alchemy of souls 😢😢

laizer

I would recomment 2 dramas both with 10 episodes: 1. Move to Heaven - yt views were decent and very precious story. 2. Love to Hate You - haven't seen much reactions to ot but its a fun romcom. I think you and director would like the female lead. Some 2016 dramas that you probably would enjoy on your own since you liked that era based on Fight for My Way reactions: 1. Signal 2. Weightlifting Fair Kim Bokjoo 3. Oh My Venus 4. Descendants of the Sun

Sal

im not a robot is a fun older show that i didn't find to be too cheesy

Greanapathy

an underrated kim soohyun's series - one ordinary day. it only has 8 eps. his acting there is A++

Ash

Happy to see Mr Queen bumped into your top 5. Glad you guys are enjoying it that much. (Now we continue to get a better assessment of what yall would enjoy 🤭)

Sal

Lovely Runner just became one of my all time favorite shows so honestly hard to think of anything else to suggest. It's also very popular and highly rated at the same time. 16 episodes - each around 1h And in case you're worried about the poster showing high school, please know that it's a show about different stages of life, high school only being a part of it.

Marvelous JJ

Glad you think so too, really hoping we get something not romance this time around

liah !

I would recommend Hotel Del Luna. It is a Dark fantasy, romantic comedy drama. It is a very popular one. I think you would like it.

Melany Castillo

I was wondering if anyone was gonna mention this shows. Definitely worth a watch.

Dirty_Oldman

For a romcom, I think you'll like Whats Wrong With Secretary Kim since you liked Business Proposal and Fight for my Way. Pacing, acting, and humor are kinda similar tho for personally BP and FFMW are on top in that genre respectively. For the current shows, I heard that The 8 Show is similar to Squid Games but I havent checked it out yet so I'm not sure if you will like it. I havent also checked if it is popular or not. Plot summary: 8 individuals trapped in a mysterious eight-story building participate in a tempting but dangerous game-show where they earn money as time passes.

summer

The smile Has left your eyes. 1 hour per episode and 16 episode very interesting story and genre is crime/romance

I would like to recommend Hi, Bye Mama. It's a melodrama that has romance and comedy on it

Based on everything and taking into account your tastes. I’d suggest two dramas: 1) What’s wrong with Secretary Kim - this show is super popular, it’s a breeze to watch kind of reminds me of business proposal and has the actress you like. There’s a few best moments reactions from this on YouTube that’s gotten a lot of views vs subscriber count. 2) My Love From the Star - I know you said 20 episodes but this has 21 (hoping 1 extra episode can be forgiven). I genuinely think this is a goldmine. It’s one of THE most popular Korean shows ever but hasn’t gotten a lot of reactions because reactors have already seen it pre-reaction era. The guy from Its okay to not be okay/Queen of Tears is on it with arguably the most popular Korean actress. This show is kinda like Goblin in the sense of popularity but just way funnier.

Definitelly recommend Mouse if 20 episodes are okay. Amazing story on the same level as Flower Of Evil (even better in my opinion). Amazimg plot twists and never boring. Idk how to describe the genre, may something like action drama? Definitely worth watching

PLEASE watch "What's wrong with secretary Kim".

An amazing thriller that recently came out is called ‘The 8 Show’. It is on netflix and is being crowned as the “the next squid games”. I found it so enjoyable and lowkey (better than squid games). So far, I haven’t seen many reactors watch it and it is only 8 episodes. Perfect for patreon only. The reactors that I have seen watch it have gotten decent views aswell.
