Internally though she's just bottling up all her feelings and torturing herself and desperately wants to be appreciated and valued but she refuses to be seen as weak or vulnerable because of the trauma she had to go through of literally being stalked and harassed to the point of losing her job. She deserves peace. She finally started moving forward with her job and then Minori basically took advantage of her feelings for Ryuuji and continues to rely on Ami for emotional support. They both see right through eachother

2024-05-04 08:30:33 +0000 UTCI think you all are missing something about Ami. She's as much a kid as the rest of them. Remember, Ryuji called her out on it in an earlier episode. She's just good at acting like she's mature. That's why she gets annoyed with Kushieda, Taiga, and Takasu. Because, she's only pretending to be mature with everybody else, but she can be a brat around them, fight and call them names without pretending. Also, her main annoyance is that her crush(Takasu)doesn't see her that way. Hence why she acts that way to him. Every time she does that he always goes to talk to her at her vending machine spot. She's just as bad as Kushieda and Taiga about admitting her feelings. She's just better at pretending like she's not.

With that range of course and knowing Lee's tastes how could Lee not In all reality, Ami the one that you come back to in your 20s after that highschool fling fire burns out fast <3

2024-05-04 00:53:42 +0000 UTCRyuji is an interesting character man, more than just abandonment i feel like he feels guilty for his mom, she works hard for him and he knows they dont have much so i think he feels like a burden and wants to work, now her mom is overworking herself doing multiple jobs as a single mother. Taiga not wanting to admit that she likes him just so kushieda is happy is going to explode soon enough they wont be happy if they are not with each other and thats the end of it, right now i feel like ryuji just dont want to admit things cause she doesnt want to either so we are in limbo, 3 episodes to go tho so the climax will be hype.
