Yeah, the head of the Adl said we have a tiktok problem because of the massive pro Palestinian slant of tiktok. Aipac and all the Israeli lobby groups supported it and it finally got banned even tho congress tried to ban it before under Trump but it never went anywhere.

There has been more moves to bring manufacturing to North America and that includes Mexico. None of them do good just for the sake of doing so in another country Its all personal gain. So I’m not bothered by the idea of America doing good around the world or not I am concerned with America making decisions that backfire But these people have way more access to information than we do. When covid wrecked supply lines it became clear that we needed to start manufacturing again and couldn't be so reliant on trade. Also, places like Taiwan will become volitle in the future and they produce 60% of the world's semiconductors which is too important to leave up to a squabble with China we have to start producing them ourselves.

That does not mean I agree on all the specifics to enforce that idea For example. I prefer the military already stationed where it can defeat enemies abroad. While/before they mobilize rather than keep the Army in the US and fight on our own borders just. If South Korea needs some aid. It wont take us months to get there. Dunno if you know this but typically Global Trade has been made possible largely by the US NAVY able to quickly deploy assets to defend Cargo and our allied assets. Those are the specific things I would praise. Most news or juicy info are the mistakes this country has done and it has made many. Every known power today and often historically has military assets abroad in some capacity or spends massive $$$ on influence.

We've fomeneted coups against democratically elected leaders all over the world and propped up our puppets in their place and then expect these people not to hate us? That's a problem we caused for ourselves. Invading the wrong countries under false pretenses and killing scores of innocents and destabilizing entire regions. How does that help America? Allowing us and our allies to commit blatant war crimes but sanctioning everyone else and then pretending like we're upholding the "freedom & justice" across the globe. The world sees us for the hypocrites that we are, and best believe America won't be on top forever, all empires crumble, we better pray we don't reap what we've sown all over the globe.
