Yooo, I know this is old, BUT I was enjoying the outro discussion and then Lee said to comment, so I'ma drop a comedy skit of a comment I wrote for Roshi's reaction to this episode. Let me preface this by saying I think Lee was right about the entire fight that ruined it all... I mean... Chick says, "let's Play fight!" So you think, "oh okay cool, she's like that, but I'ma still take it easy on her." You show off your skill, she laughs and looks impressed.. THEN she says "let's run it back, for real this time". 😳 ma'am? Are you serious? She shows you she's not playing, and you immediately say "Stop, let's not do this". Now... NO matter how the rest of the sparring match goes, these 2 basically fought to the death with no restraint. At least, SHE did. THEN... Thennn...! She pins you down, puts a blade to your neck, and THEN she wants to act like this is Hot. Sexy. A turn-on..! Idk about most people, but I'm never getting a boner around this chick again 😆 I'm DEFINITELY not letting that bitch continue to fuck up the food and sleep in my house, knowing she's dreaming of getting off to niggas after she almost killed them. How do I know she won't pull out a sword everytime she feels a little kinky? How do I know this isn't her true passion...? KILLING!?! I get it was very upsetting to see, but Mikio had every right to run away from this bitch. She didn't know how to be a boy AND a wife. She never developed that soft touch like Akemi. She's going to use her position to go after the future lovers. Taigen is going to respect Mizu as a warrior in the way that he doesn't typically respect women. And Akemi will be further spurned on by her bitterness to kill Taigen once she realizes that he loves Mizu in a way that he could never have loved her.

I realized that Mizu was wilding out when her husband said, "That's enough," and she was like, "You lost your backbone along with your title?" I knew at that moment it was over. He already was disgraced and now he is punked by an outcast woman? In that time period? Come on!

That aside, this episode was absolutely stunning. From the writing to the artistry, the beautiful juxtaposition between the story to the present...the symbolism, the morals. Brought a new level to "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned". A masterpiece. That husband was weak bruh if that happened to me I would have busted 😤

He thought he found a good wife only for this chaos to ensue. I don’t want to believe his ego was so fragile that he sold her out because of that. He did probably feel embarrassed about it or thought she took it too far when he asked to stop but I don’t think he sold her out but Killing the mom was a bit crazy! I agree with Mizu for leaving both though. She could’ve died by the time he finally gathered the courage to come help his wife
