2024-04-07 07:17:08 +0000 UTCCurious on if anyone who's read the comics has thoughts on this season ima be honest while the show does certain things well there's a ton of stuff I just don't care about at all and correct me if I'm wrong but it feels like Mark gets his ass beat way more in the show and even if he did get beat sometimes in the comics the show makes it worse like Battlebeast did not almost kill him like that he bodied him yes but it wasn't that bad and maybe its been awhile but I don't remember Anissa handling him like that either

He doesn't feel powerless because he can't punch as hard as Nolan but because he was too weak to resist the violence that consumed his father and the Viltrumites. Very much like Luke throwing the lightsaber down thus refusing to give into the darkness his father got caught up in.
