His trembling cry knowing his mom was being abused, ignored, and silenced tore me into pieces for the 5th damn time. On top of that, the genuine and raw emotion the dad has for his friends gets me every time. From the missing person flyers to the T-Shirts, then the concert apology it's just too freaking much to not cry. Oh and don't get me started on the dad and grandma relationship. (insert ugly cry).

2024-03-14 04:04:22 +0000 UTCHa Eun Gyeol's super secret grandfather may be one of my favorite characters in the show. He's flawed, but definitely human and a loving dad. Fun to see him develop a partnership and relationship with his time traveling grandson too. Like that he's not the stereotypical "evil chairman" too. Having both an evil chairman and evil stepmother KDrama trope would be too much.
