As is the nature of trying to provide content for a large group of people, there will always be some who lack empathy to those who provide said content, as you said with the netflix comparison, but I think it's unfair to compare what you got going on to netflix or "big corporations" to justify some peoples criticism, I think there is just a lack of empathy, towards creators in general, or the feeling of anonymity that gives peole the security to say whatever they want without consequence. Damn I said alot lol.
