Though be sure to keep in mind that Missing Pieces is supposed to show parts from the manga that weren’t adapted in the first season, so some things may seem a bit off at some points. Either way it’s still really good and enjoyable so it’s up to you.

Me and my girl started 'Sasaki and Peeps' this week and that first episode is a god damned roller coaster ride. I would bet money you won't guess how it ends from how it starts. Missing Pieces does not tell linear story as it is literally just scenes of "other stuff that happened during the school years from season 1" and you might have a hard time if you're constantly trying to figure out when something is happening in relation to what you've already watched instead of just enjoying and reacting to what you're now watching on screen.

Thus you're going to get heartache watching preheartbreak Sakura doing her best to make Toru notice her. Or rehash of the group's relationship. The only episode worth watching is the flashback of Hori's parents during their school days. Other than that, I'd say skip it for personal viewing instead.

I like the original, but it's not worth the slot and time of ordinary people since it's not a real next season. These hardcore fans are the loudest only cuz ppl who dropped Horimiya have no idea what is going on. Make a poll, and Hori will drown.
