Since seeing you guys like Love Chunibyo I thought "When Supernatural Battles Became Commonplace" would be a good recommendation. It's 12 episodes long and from Studio Trigger. Got interesting Chunibyo stuff to it, but I don't know what else to say without spoilers.

I tried to dig through my own library of favorites for ones I think you'd all enjoy. Soul Eater - from the creator of Fire Force; think "My Grim Reaper Academia". The Grim Reaper runs a school where some students can turn themselves into weapons and other students can wield them; they hunt down witches and 'evil souls'. This is a long one though, 56 episodes. The Ancient Magus Bride - modern fantasy/love story, beautiful animation, music, and a really engaging story that covers action, drama, history, romance. 2 seasons (2nd season is currently airing) + several OVAs. Akiba Maid War - think "80's yakuza style film" but with maid cafes. Comedy, action, violence, and very off-the-wall. Only 12 episodes. Ya Boy Kongming - Famous Chinese strategist Kongming (from The Romance of the 3 Kingdoms story) reincarnates into modern-day Japan and ends up becoming the manager/strategist for a struggling singer. Off the wall, wholesome, and great music. Only 12 episodes. Amagi Brilliant Park - Student becomes manager of a dilapidated amusement park where the fantasy characters and attractions may not be what they seem. Comedy/Action. Only 12 episodes + 1 OVA. Black Lagoon - Piracy, gun-running, smuggling, and a fish-out-of-water story set in the south China Sea. Absolutely brilliant action/character-drama series; I think y'all would really like the characters. 2 seasons + a 4 episode OVA. Girls und Panzer - cute anime girls learning how to operate tanks in school and then having tank battle tournaments. Super fun, not too serious, great action. 1 season, several OVAs, and 4 movies (movies are ongoing). Golden Kamuy - the hunt for gold set in turn-of-the-century Japan. Lots of comedy, action, character-development, lots of hype moments, I think this is another one y'all would totally get into. 4 seasons (5th season announced) Kill la Kill - from mostly the same crew that made Gurren Lagann. While GL was their take on the 'mecha' genre, this is their take on the magical-girl genre. It's off the wall, super hype, hysterical, and just keeps getting crazier and crazier. 24 episodes + 1 OVA Hellsing Ultimate - the Vampire Alucard works with secret British agency to fight bad vampires, zombies, and undead Nazis. 10 1hr-episodes. Otherside Picnic - 2 girls explore a strange world connected to our own filled with urban legends and mysteries. This is a really interesting series with amazing world building, drama, horror, action. 12 episodes. Shadows House - a young girl wakes up without her memories in a huge mansion and only knows she must serve the Shadow Family, strange people who emit soot. Amazing atmosphere, world-building, mystery, and drama. 2 seasons Zombieland Saga - zombie idols. Zombie idols who have the save the prefecture of Saga... somehow. hilarious comedy, great 'idol anime', a bit of drama, and just super fun. 2 seasons.

" Buddy Daddies" is 12 episodes and was/is pretty popular on YT during the time it was airing. Anime-original. If you enjoy Spy x Family, you're pretty much guaranteed to like this one. Personally enjoyed it more than S1 of SxF for what its worth.

The animation and fights are amazing with a decent plot to boot. Not very long and still currently releasing. Should be on episode 11 as of this post.

This would be my personal pick. And my hopeful wish of the original ghost in the shell anime movie and original series "ghost in the shell: stand alone complex" 26 episodes. Haven't seen the new remakes so I can't judge those.

Trigun: Stampede - 12 Episodes Now I know I’ve suggested this before and when I did, you mentioned that you’d already seen Trigun. So, just to be clear, (assuming you were referring to the original Trigun anime from 1998) this isn’t like the new Rurouni Kenshin anime that released recently and is basically the same as the original but looks more modern. This is a reimagined version of Trigun, so even if you’d seen the original, it would still be new to you. Unless of course when you said you’d seen Trigun you meant Trigun: Stampede itself, in which case never mind.
