I watch his videos. I also naturally skipped that ha. I don’t naturally consume that content but i am aware by the time I made this video but i was not that descriptive. I knew about from the twitter side of things where he normally is talking about too

I recommend if you have time to watch this Chibi Reviews video "Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Production is Dead and Animators Give Up": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ql5IOiNlrz0&ab_channel=ChibiReviews He explains about this big problem that is occurring that is not exactly about "just" overloading the employees, but also the way they are treating the animators as disposable, giving them impossible deadlines.
