What Do You Watch? CAN SELECT MORE THAN ONE

I'm doing this again because originally Anime fans saw Kdrama and ignored the poll.......

How many of you are into Kdramas here?

Currently, we cover 5 Kdramas a week, and I don't venture into live-action content of other genres much, except for the live-action trend. I do cover MCU, DC, and Star Wars content without hesitation, as long as I'm personally interested in the show, even if the views are not great.

If a significant percentage of you are enthusiastic about Kdramas, I'd be open to adding another slot for Kdramas. If not, I'll stick to the same schedule.

I've also noticed that on the TopTenTenMedia channel, the Kdrama fandom has shown the highest support for the videos, and the numbers speak for themselves. I'm genuinely thankful for your support. I acknowledge that I've had some inaccuracies and owe you a greater commitment to provide high-quality content and rectify any mistakes I've made, ensuring they aren't repeated

For me, Kdrama and anime. With western shows it really depends, I only watched stranger things and YOU.

strange& sleepless

I mostly watch your reaction on anime, thats why i subscribe in the first place but i have seen one or two K dramas that i would otherwise never see so im okey both options, just do what you like so you can enjoy the shows.

Edward Chireno

I mean, there's a way to vote multiple times as if you were different people, for example voting anime 3 times and live action 3 times

Ash

I made the option there to vote more than once. Its even in the title and voting choices

Rock Lee

Thank you

Thank you

Thank you 🙏🏽

My dad likes Kdramas...I like animes, but while I don't watch Kdramas at this point I already spent a $100 for the year so whatever decision you make I am here to stay. Just watch whatever makes you happy and if you like Kdramas more than Anime that is your choice. Why force yourself to add an Kdrama that eats up more time you can use somewhere else (or why add another anime) like your family. TBH I am here for Apothecary Diaries and Frieren any other show is a bonus in my opinion.

Luke Evans

Yea, think I might have voted twice (anime/live action)

Barry

honestly lee, the sheer volume of stuff you pump out basically negates any ill effects from other shows people dont like. you are by far the most active reviewer i follow.

Daniel Borrego

Nowadays I mostly watch Kdramas and a few shorter western live-action (like The Boys, Sandman, Loki, The Mandalorian...) Some that I really enjoyed and you haven't reacted to (as far as I know) are slightly to really older shows (and longer) like The Last Kingdom, Vikings, Black Sails, Life (with Damian Lewis), Battlestar Galactica (2004)... Also Good omens (but only the 1st season = 6 episodes) and the amazing Firefly (14 episodes + 1 movie).

Neroli

I think it's still wrong poll and it should be 1 answer what you PRIMALY watch/want to watch REACTIONS OF HERE. With how it's presented now you have big chance of falling into the same trap Netflix did. (What they did fast reminder). 1. Squid Game, absolute banger exploded like crazy 2. Spammed the shit ton of vastly different quality KDramas 3. Wow KDramas are doing good, people clearlly like them, lets order more! 4. Yea... not really. I mean sure some people love them, but it really was one that was absoloutly fenomenal and then large group of people that don't care enough to look past front page watch others, but would be happier with other content, and people WHO dont have a single shit to give abaut KDramas over time just Vanish cuz it's flooded with content they don't want I'm like 99% sure the same is happening here. I like you, so don't really care what exacly you react to, as long as it's "not absolute garbage", cuz you are the content, not the show... BUT I can't care less abaut KDramas as a genere (loved the absolute bangers like squid game, or the first zombie one, but then quality is all over the place), so when I don't have time/simply don't want to scroll to find something good, and all I see are KDramas I just open YouTube, 9anime, kisscartoon, or whatever the fuck I feel like ATM and watch that instead...aslo I'm not sure is IT still true or not, but back when I at least gave them a chance that shit was hour long always, sometimes even more, and with my compleatly fucked schedule it's not ammount of time I can commit at once wihout being 100% certain it's a banger I know it got into essay therytory... again...but I Hope I didnt bore you too much with it, anyways see ya later, I'm back to throwing up...last night party went too good and I suffer consequences now

Xsardes

I like the k dramas and animes

Jeannie Stigall

Western live actions I’m watching rn are. Hell on Wheels. TWD Just finished Lost. All old ik. Haven’t watched too much new live action

DjSKitZ

No I know what it means. I am using the term "woke" in the way that most people recognize it these days. It doesn't matter to me whether you see it that way or not. I couldn't care about whether woke is used in a positive or negative light. I honestly laugh at people who bring up what it "actually means" cause its meaningless. Whatever floats your boat tho.

L.C.

I tend to watch more anime with some western live actions sprinkled in. I’m still hoping for you guys to pick up western shows like Banshee or See

Roronoa Zoro

Most live action I just don’t have the time for, but if it’s marvel or star wars if I’m up to date I usually check it out. The only other one I care for is Babylon 5.

Irosko

Hope one day you guys could react to some decent Donghua ( Chinese anime ) like Battle Through The Heaven for a good start. Almost no one do reaction to it maybe because it's not really reaching the western audiences for many reason of course, but I hope you would considering to watch some.

Only Disastrous

Side thought: sometimes what’s popular is only popular because it’s primarily what you offer. Food for thought. Like Netflix floods its service with Kdramas. Suddenly Kdrama viewing has an uptick, they see that and say oh people must want Kdramas let’s order more. But was it that people wanted more or that you flooded their feed with them, burying other options?

Teyon Alexander

Every one is sleeping on it. I got my boss to watch it. His wife joined him. She doesn’t watch anime/cartoons but she was hooked. It’s just that good and it’s a shame all these reaction channels are too afraid to give it a shot.

Teyon Alexander

I made an argument for Warrior and requested it officially on his site but I didn’t get much support. It’s funny because it speaks to the Asian immigrant experience into the U.S. but folks would rather watch shitty CG demons kill people for no reason.

Teyon Alexander

Don't know if someone already said it but I would love to see you and dnasty watch Reacher on prime. Season 2 starts Dec. 14th I believe.

Cave331

I mostly watch Western live action or animes, Kdramas dont really interest me. A western show I think yall should watch is "Barry" its about a hitman trying to be an actor.

Luis Galvan

A really cool live action show to check out is Black Sails

Mintteacup

All 3 FTW

J Man

I laugh at anyone who uses the term woke. I don’t even think majority of you who use it even know what it actually means.

Doyoungismyult

Only K drama I ever watched was squid games. It isn't that I am totally not open to it. I just don't give much of a shit about them. I especially don't watch the trash that the has put out over the past few years. Used to have a bunch of good stuff and now everything is shit and woke or if it isn't woke its just shit. Only thing I seen I can remember that I genuinely enjoyed is the boys because homelander is the goat.

L.C.

I dont really watch k dramas but i dont mind you guys watching them i know you enjoy them and so do a lot of your viewers

Tyler

Definitely watch more Anime and Western Live Action more than KDrama, but I still watch KDrama, or at least the ones you react to. Like I wouldn’t say I go seeking it out, but if I find myself enjoying one you’re reacting to, I’ll go look it up to binge ahead on some episodes. As for the Western Live Action, I’ve always been more partial to Sci-Fi myself, so things like Doctor Who, Star Trek, Stargate, Babylon 5, etc which I imagine have a very low chance of being reacted to around here but I’m still gonna say what I like regardless.

G0d_Ginrai

You know I watch all the things. The only caveat is that if i haven't see it I don't watch it...because I am more that likely planning to watch it later.

ManicMeeks

Monarch was all over my YT feed today ! Not my normal fare, but it's hitting either my algo or my reactors' algos, for sure.

Stef Furness

I love Peaky Blinders, but I agree about You - I never would have watched that one if it wasn't covered here - pretty outside of what I normally watch, and I love how varied all of our responses were to the levels of ick going on there lmao.

Stef Furness

On mobile you can only vote once. I voted for last one the live action. Peacemaker and Peaky blinders is why I subbed.

Dylan Sheets

If you're on mobile, you have to select 1, back out of the post, then come back and select another.

Kuro Shishio

I've heard that Patreon polls can be voted on more than once somehow, so if you end up with more votes than you expect, that might be why

Ash

Kdrama ✨

kun st

Monarch: Legacy of Monsters just came out...today actually. Didn't even watch it myself but could be a potential react for yall. I love the monsterverse and kaiju so definitely going to love that.

Danny

Vikings Seconded

Hammi

Warrior is a great live action series. I watched it for the first time through roshi’s page and I think you’d definitely like it. It blows my mind it’s not as big as something like peaky blinders. Which is probably the closest thing you’ve reacted to I could compare it to. If u ask roshi’s squad I’m positive they highly recommend. Obviously all assuming the schedule allows

Josh Wright

The poll only let me select one. I watch mostly kdramas a with an occasional anime. Not necessarily the popular options in either genre.

Lysieblu

Honestly just love good story... I just watch with you guys while working so its fun. Don't have any recommendations, I trust the community will provide good shows

Tyrone Van Kirk Regal

mostly anime the other 2 come second tho still hoping for a good bit of western shows like vikings, band of brothers. ect.

Dragon

I watch everything. For western live-actions though, I watch those less frequently, and it really depends on the show. I'm willing to start new ones I've never seen, like "You". Never saw that before, but gave it a chance and enjoyed it. Also liked Wednesday cuz it was short. Peaky Blinders, wasn't it for me. Didn't care for Stranger Things either. In my personal opinion, a lot of western shows aren't something that causes a fun "reaction" because I associate it with what we watch normally on TV in our everyday lives growing up or now. I like anime & kdramas because its different altogether (language, culture, etc). No ones watching a reaction to Law & Order looool. "You" was a good choice because of Joe's antics, so its reaction worthy. If you do choose live-actions it would need to be something that can evoke actual reactions or cause a discussion for people to care for your reaction if that makes sense.

Jessica

Primarily anime shows, some kdramas as you guys went fully deep in kdrama so those 1 hour reactions are long to watch and I just nowadays don't have time for them.

Thamor

I watch it all. I see a few people mentioning Barry for live action Barry and I wanted to add it as well. Soooo good and right up your alley.

Randy Cooper

I like kdramas and my faves never get picked, but I still enjoy some of the ones y'all react to.

Infinite Ree

For Western live action The Fall of the House of Usher is new and Roshi is like 5 ep in. Also Other Mike Flanagan stuff like the Haunting of Hill House, The Haunting of Bly Manor, and especially Midnight Mass. I can see Barry, Succession, and Ozark doing well.

Jerome

I don’t know if the last kingdom on Netflix count as western live action. But I use to recommend it a lot on this channel as well. To bad it never got enough support, it’s amazing

Sonicluis

for western live action Barry and Succession are really great and popular a couple of reactions on it but they do get a lot of views on it, Top Boy and Power are good shows too, not to many people reacting to it tho, Into the Badlands and The Magicians do not have a lot of reactions but the ones that did almost usually breaks 5k from what i’ve seen Into the Badlands- Can’t find on a streaming service Power- Starz app or Hulu The Magicians- Netflix Top Boy- Netflix Barry- Max Succession- Max

Alex

the new season of rick and morty is pretty fire too

JoP

Not reading that chief

Coping McCoperson

some good anime (bakuman, the disastrous life of saiki k, odd taxi, pyscho pass,

JoP

Oh, I definitely caught your Peaky Blinder reactions too - so I'll recommend Black Sails again as a similar gritty historical fiction but based on pirate culture in the "uncivilized" Bahamas while the Americas were still being colonized. 4 completed seasons from Starz - cinematically gorgeous, and great storytelling.

Stef Furness

On a day to day basis I pretty much only watch anime. Sometimes I'll go see a western movie if it piques my interest (like soon coming Napoleon for example). Apart from that I dont really watch anything.

lewicy

I just stick too the anime cause I don't really watch live tv anymore. But enjoy that fact that you have a variety of shows for those who do watch more then just anime.

Kyle Kahl

assuming you guys somehow havent seen these (the sopranos, mad men, breaking bad, better call saul, shameless, suits, the wire, prison break,

JoP

I primarily watch Animes, but just like western live action I checkout the Kdramas that intrigue me that contain an interesting (primarily sci-fi) plotline. Recent Kdramas I enjoyed: Start-Up, Black Knight, Sweet Home Currently there hasn't been a western that has gotten my interest, id suggest for live actions looking at big community-established ones or just waiting for something that has hype around it. It makes complete sense not just to watch 27+ hours of anime its an easy burnout. I would prefer though if there was some live action long series (a classic), that you guys can start stockpiling since the schedule is good at the moment but when a dry season hits it can be rolled out to keep the stream refreshing and not feel like its just switched from anime to kdrama which in some anime season it makes sense to pull back from reacting to MID. I don't know for certain but I believe there is a bigger overlap with Anime + western series Fans then Anime + Kdrama but I could be wrong on that point. Thanks anyways for explaining, the process makes sense have a great day!

DefianceR6

For some reason this poll is not working on the app. In a bit I will try it out on the website, but to answer this question I watch anime and some live action shows (some are western-produced but not all.) I myself haven't found any K-dramas that interested me as of yet, but I won't detract from those who have. Edit: it took a bit, but it seems to be working now.

SonicKing2004

I will also say that I watch a lot of C-Dramas too but they are often so long I don’t know who would want to react to them, but I’d watch if it came up. 😊

Cocalita

For western live action, Barry could be fun for you 3, or even just you and director if need be. ozark would be interesting to see as well

Grelk

Western shows mainly but do watch others sometimes, i think some western shows in the mix could spice things up such as OZARK, SUCCESSION are a few shows that I enjoy that I think yall would like, FALL of HOUSE USHER is something more recent but good as well to name a few examples.

Julian

For Western, I mostly watch anything that catches my eye really. There would be too many for me to name overall.

Requiem_Phantom

Western live action - MCU and Star Wars the obvious ones, but I think I started following you all around the time you were covering The Sandman and Wednesday, and then I've caught a handful of the movies - Everything Everywhere, Super Mario Bros...Ready Player One, or Free Guy (I think you've done at least one of those). I wish you'd steer more in that direction, but I understand the great niche you have here. You do what makes sense for the channel, and you take the time to listen when decisions are ready to be made. Thank you. 🙏

Stef Furness

I’m an outlier. I primarily watch live action non Kdrama. I watch animation - not specifically anime. I used to watch tons of anime but they kind of blend together after awhile. So now I only watch Kdramas and anime if and only if they pique my interest - I don’t care if they’re popular. Hellbound was popular and that was total garbage. Netflix still owes me hours of my life back for that. Even shows I used to love like Shield Hero I’ve dropped in place of things like Blue Eye Samurai or Scavengers Reign. Heck I’d watch the venture bros or Harlequin over hopping into whatever anime is popular. So yeah outlier.

Teyon Alexander

Will you be watching 'pluto' anime

sim

I’m no longer a patron but for some reason I got a noti so I’ll answer I watched anime and certain western shows but only the big ones like Invincible, Wednesday stranger things, the boys and castlevania (basically just the stuff that everyone watched)

MWS

K-Drama time! Huge fan of the Asian dramas. A little on the selective side to anime since I kind of grew out of it aside from the mainstream Shōnen ones (JJK, Bleach, etc.), but you guys kill it w/ your reactions regardless and sometimes I even find myself getting into a new series because of it. Whatever the result — I enjoy ya’ll!! TAH TAH TAH

inert

All of the above

chibifirestorm

Blue Eye Samurai was sickk. It's not live action but it is a western animation that takes place in 1600s japan
