The world government claimed that they are but we can’t believe their propaganda. An example would be Poseidon(shirahoshi) is claimed by the world government to be an ancient weapon but she isn’t hostile. she genuinely seems like a gentle soul but of course that can change in the future. To me the “ancient weapons”are tools, it’s up to the user of them to decide how they are being used.

Is able to control and communicate with sea kings. Pluton is a warship which Franky had the blueprints for. Has massive firepower. And Uranus as of now no information other then it’s existence is known. This info has been sprinkled slowly throughout the show so not surprised it’s abit fuzzy for you guys.
