They already made it clear that Geto is fake so it gives the audience new theories. JJK isn't a series that explains everything, you have to learn on your own. Manga reader or not, it's just a clue.

Out of everything in the episode it now gets me to focus on it more than i normally would and piece together things i normally wouldn’t or an anime only would. So to be clear. Director noticing the line and remembering it and saying something is a blind speculation. I dunno how important that is for real. But a manga/person who knows spoilers adds an extra layer of significance when you point it out. THIS one wasn’t a big deal. But thats why people are saying hush. You isolated a line to remember for whatever they are setting up next.
