Now while I don't condone making a mockery or profiting off of someones death, I think that putting someone in danger in this day and age, when we already very well know the possible consequences of doxing, is much bigger offence, I don't think a monetary hit is enough for this. JacksFilms fam will most likely have to move now and I imagine they haven't slept well either since the whole ordeal.
