Yes but it's not a new world as we w/ our space travel capabilities etc would think of it, since it's "physically" still in the same destroyed world, just as a Simulation program essentially, i.e people of Alma Toran get their Souls yeeted into it, while it's still on the essentially dead planet as a type of magic hardware of sorts. Such a shame the anime will likely never show us this shit as it's unlikely we'll ever get more seasons to this series after S2...

Like see those beams coming from the planet in that image? Basically connection nodes, w/ the Djinn Towers being between the simulation & the world IRL
