I mean we saw in S1 in that 1 memory that Diablos' arm could still regen & fuck the enemies up even once severed from the actual body itself, so I assume the same applies to anyone who has her cells in them, so basically all Possessed & Vampires are her limbs/organs theoretically she could remote control under ideal circumstances. Hell I'm somewhat sure that even the male units in the 3 bloodlines still carry her cells albeit in a deactivated state (due to not being compatible due to wrong sex, obviously) so I'm sure Cid should be a passive carrier as well

Which I take as she has at least a shared knowledge of what happens with those who possess her blood. Because the one that appears to Cids sister has to be different from the one that Cid encountered yet she knew all about Cid and was fond of him. My understanding is the combination of the two in Clair is what connected her to the witch because she possessed both forms of the demons blood. I think the witch of calamity and the demon are same. But when they captured her arm and started testing it on elf's and humans that's when the two forms of her blood where created.

So the witch only formed in Claire after she got bit, plus the witch states that Claire's body is strong enough to maintain those two bloods. The Queen is just the earliest ancestor of the Vampire bloodline still alive that's why she's so strong
