I take that as confirmation that she was being a bitch to Mihyun off of Deputy Min orders so that she would have to stay late. So then Dooshik would come to visit her on company grounds flirting and everything yk. Rather than them only ever meeting outside and secluded… cause if u think abt it how else would they have known he would come to that window by her desk etc.

Here's my rank: - Jang Ju Woon (Ryoo Seung Ryong) the monster, Hui Soo's father is korean hollywood actor - Kim Doo Shik (Jo In Sung) Bong Seok's father is A class top korean drama actor, most top paid actor. - Lee Mi Hyun (Han Hyo Jo) Bong Seok's mom is A class top korean actress, most of her works also movies like Ryoo Seung Ryong - Bus Driver (Cha Tae Hyun) is korean actor (MOST SENIOR between them!!) also great entertainer in South Korea. He's one of actor who has many variety shows! Noteable actors who already show up are like Lee Jae Man (Kim Sung Kyung) class president's father and Choi Il Hwan (Kim Hee Won) homeroom teacher. They said Moving is the most highest drama. Well, as old kdrama fans, I can clearly see why. Lol.

As such, they used the fear against the north to do whatever they wanted and amass power in the nation: they'd arrest protesters demanding democracy, framing them as communist activist, torturing them to forcefully derive an admission of sympathizing with North Korea, etc. Now going back to the show, we see the news paper talking about peace summits between the north and the south, which the ANSP doesn't want. They need the two nations to be at each other's throat in order to be in power. In order to increase hostilities, Kim Doosik was sent to "Assassinate" the Northern leader, but the reports came back as a Cardiac Arrest, meaning it's not going to worsen the two country's relationship like they planned. The director is freaking out, because he doesn't know what happened during the operation, and wants Kim Doosik in for questioning, because if he was to reveal to the public that the director sent him on an unsanctioned mission, it would be his head.
