2024-04-01 16:48:14 +0000 UTCYotsuba was always the one there to help him from the beginning she helped him bring the sisters together to study, she was the one who always wanted him to be part of their group and memories, she made sure he was class president and became popular with the other students in their 3rd year. She was the one who helped him with the test of courage while Itsuki and the others didn’t do anything and Itsuki was in his class and she wasn’t. The other girls finally came around and wanted the other students to see how great Fuutaro was but Yotsuba was the one who acted. Yotsuba was the one who truly helped Fuutaro while the other girls are the ones who developed from his help. That’s why people root for them, because they developed and grew from his help but the story is told in a way we don’t see Fuutaro’s feelings and thoughts so we don’t learn the mystery of who he marries. But in the end it was there if you were looking for those things. Also, the season 1 finale gave it away for me…Yotsuba was the one holding his ring finger in the end of the episode during the “dance” while he was laying their sleeping. The other girls had his other fingers…but she had his “heart” all along. Also, the funny little test thing Yotsuba said about how if you have to make a guess on a multiple choice question answer D or the 4th answer (the 4th sister) is usually the right answer.

Everything happened but in POV order instead of chronologically so you'd have to piece them together in the 3 day-span of school festival.

The thing about beeing selfless is that its all good when you make sure that you yourself are good first. But Yotsubas way was just self destructive. Thats also why Nino got mad at the end. You are not helping anyone by beeing self destructive, especially not people who are close to you. So the question is, if you dont make sure you yourself are good, who is going to do it?

I get that Yotsuba is selfless and rly nice but i just loved Nino breaking the cliche tropes of tsundere/not hearing the conffession and just brute forced her way through. on a different note, i did enjoy director and adorkables reaction cuz i rmber them saying how Yotsuba was the type to never win but they still liked her all this time and it paid off. Great reaction and a great end to the show.
