2023-09-01 02:44:09 +0000 UTCThis is definitely well made and you can tell it was made with passion and a real fondness and respect for the source material. I personally am not that into it but that is more down to personal taste. There are many things to like here. The fighting is obviously different here by pure necessity, and I do miss the big moves of Luffy, but it is choreographed real well. The Alvida section kinda gave a bad first impression but everything else was well made. Zoro's fighting in particular really translates well to live action. I am worried about how they are gonna handle the more outlandish stuff later (how the hell they gonna make Zoro vs Kaku look cool in live action) but I am pretty optimistic. This is a great show for fans and new people.
