Temporally lowering “it’s OK not to be OK” to one upload a week. Because I only have room for 5 to 6 dramas at a time depending on other variables.
And restoring it after uncanny counter finishes airing in two weeks
Otherwise it’s one of those shows that will not be covered ever if we missed the wave.

2023-08-25 18:29:07 +0000 UTCI don’t necessarily want to lower iontbo but I am interested in this drama tho from what I heard it’s starts slow and those dramas I either drop because they can’t hold my attention or I wait to it’s all out and binge and slightly fast forward the slower bits. But watching a reaction even if it starts slow retains my attention a lot longer because I’m interested in the commentary and it’s pretty rare we get super powers in kdramas so while I would like iontbo to stay at 2 per week I am willing to lower it to accommodate this one because I will watch your reactions to it and I have already seen it’s okay not to be okay and I don’t wanna miss out on something completely for something that is a guarantee you’ll watch and finish. So I am okay with it.

That said I’d prolly end up watching you guys react to this one simply cuz I like watching reaction vids. If you want to watch it then you should check it out for sure.

This guy is a legend and hasn't been in a drama in years. Also, I'm pretty sure most of us have already watched Its Okay to Not Be Okay anyways, let's watch something new

2023-08-24 19:19:16 +0000 UTCI understand that after all we are thinking from a Patreon point of view and Lee is probably thinking from a YouTube point of view... that's why they prefer what is currently popular on YouTube and all.. but for us, we just want what we like and what we like can be popular like you never know... There are some shows that are reacted to by fewer people but searched by many and those are probably like old golden dramas I think.

2023-08-24 18:31:01 +0000 UTCThat's fair and understandable, however, those channels are also less funded and not popular so of course the views will be low...I really urge you to consider more than just views when it comes to sustainability and channel value. You can make a click bait video that loses speed and performance over time....or you can have a quality set of replayable content videos that will last you more than one month's worth of hot topic views. That's just how I see it though, and it's not that I don't see your way of thinking and your reasons. I just also study patterns and market research as well and while you have been doing reactions a long time, I've been a kdrama fan for a lot longer and have seen many reactors lose steam in this market because of this idea that covering hot content will keep you in business...and it's really not sustainable.

The only metrics for popularity i need is the YouTube metric because thats where the video is intended for. So anytime i talk about popularity its based on they amount of people watching a particular show when posted by a youtuber

I understand the hype and interest but there are way too many already masterpieces that you can watch ngl. Old shows will keep on getting old and then you won't watch it because it will be really old .
