I hear you on wanting a better explanation for his sudden connection to his Counter abilities. I'm also surprised they're constantly talking about paying things back and taking revenge, when a huge plot point last season was about how that's not the way to succeed as a Counter. It seems they may be going somewhere with that, what with Pilgwang mentioning that Mun doesn't seem all that different from him, and Mun's comeback being "I'm more powerful than you" rather than about why his motivation is fundamentally different from Pilgwang's. I'm curious to see if they're actually planning something here or not. The writer of season 1 left during episode 12 last season, so this season we've got a new writer and a new network (the show moved from OCN, a cable network, to TVN, a public channel, in Korea). It's still a ton of fun, but some of the darkness of last season may have been camped up to match TVN network guidelines.

I’m honestly sad my villain dude didn’t last too long. I wanted him to be there for ages. The spikey haired one. Makes me annoyed though that he was never in the opening credits. I wish he was. It was only the other two that’s why I was assuming he might die quickly. Plus they showed him more than the other two even though we knew the main villain is the long haired one we always saw the one guy fighting for them

I wonder who Hana ends up with, now that there are 3 guys crushing on her.

Kang Kiyoung always played comedic roles so everyone is so amazed with him as a villain so you're not alone. I also love the new counter's fighting style, it's like wrestling. And he's a cutie πŸ˜‚

He is handsome. Great acting makes the actors more attractive. I totally get what you are trying to say because I had those moments before. Specially with Lee joon-gi in moon lovers with gesture of resistance playing in the background. The multiple emotions he presents at the same time always surprises me. Breathtaking gorgeous drama with best ost. Btw Lee joon-gi plays the main lead in the flower of evil. Give it a chance.

Yeah. I had genuine fascination with what he’s trying to convey. Because he’s also a demon there is a bit of crazy mixed in so i can’t figure out the expression properly which is part of why I’m so amused and i wonder how intentional that is. Mr Ma did a fantastic job as well and so did Mun but they didn’t spark curiosity (and they didnt need to). Kang Ki-young Also a pronounced face with lips that draw attention. He’s the kind of face that walks into a room and you notice him. I never thought he was extremely handsome but he does attract your focus. Lol. I sound like I’m crushing but I’m amazed hahahan usually i focus on the girls so you gotta be really special to have my focus like this and he is in this role

Rock Lee

I had to replay that seen too. He pulled off the expressions very well. Beautiful facial expressions mixed with realisation and amazement. The dude always plays funny innocent and dumb charecters but seeing him as the main villain is refreshing. Kdrama really have great talented actors. Wait till you see moon lovers, beyond evil, mouse and many more
