About Sylphy's emblem, I just thought of something. What if it actually IS an engagement ring type thing, and she still has her own from her husband who isn't in the picture anymore. Maybe her husband died in battle or was human and died of old age, so she decided she already given her (human) life long devotion to her one true love decades/centuries ago, so there's no reason she shouldn't spend the rest of her potentially millenia lifespan on the streets.

In that same episode, Rudeus says "according to Elinalise Zenith is now a carefree Labyrinth explorer". Thats straight from the episode, a direct citation. As for what's actually happening, I've read up to volume 23 of the LNs so I know exactly what's going on. I'm using direct citations cause I don't want to spoil something by offering my own views

Does the boy who wanted to marry Eris but was completely denied in the OVA ring a bell? Also the guy who loved Rudy's work doing those figurine statues.
