Every Month I give the Team A Raise and 2 of my editors recently NEEDED a raise due to living circumstances. One moved to Australia from Argentina (higher cost of living) and the other...well he edits as good as his brother so they should get paid the same lol...it is what it is lol.....
Every Month I give the Reactors a boost, but our channel growth/patreon growth has slowed because well folks are living life and there is more reactors than ants populating the earth. ha ha
The tier was a good way to keep boosting my teammates, and handle the editor fees and keep dropping videos without stop.
The cost of living rises for each of us...lmao I add to start steaming again..getting desperate. (still selling homes...I'm a licensed realtor) Shout out to Thamor lol..Shout out to Mochi for joining the streams regular...(Thamor did nothing but get less attention because I'm busy...lmao)

Purchasing an intro, and a few other pieces of work individually might prove to be much cheaper than paying them long term, unless you have a constant workflow for them. Although I'm sure you know this :) Intro looks sick, they did a great job
