In response to Director questioning why Mob didn't use his power to solve the puking problem, I can think of a couple reasons. I believe he need to be in control of himself to consciously use his power. Since puking imply losing control, maybe he can't. Also Mob doesn't always use his power creatively, he often had to see someone else do something then he thought he could do it too.

He got abducted to an Alien World, was drugged, had an orgy, married the Queen, defeated a Demon, unlocked an Eye transformation, and did so much more all over the course of Winter Break! You could make an entire anime off of it!
